Exclusions
Services we do not offer at all...
- Extermination such as insects/bugs
- Lifting or moving heavy items over 25lbs such as furniture to clean behind/under that area (we will clean that area but we won’t move the furniture due to safety reasons)
- Clean anything outside such as the window from the outside, yard work, landscaping, patios, or balconies
- Clean garages unless it’s a move in/out clean
- Clean attics
- Clean heavily soiled areas such as carpet stains or furniture that require a deep carpet/upholstery clean
- Carpet or spot cleaning aside from vacuuming
- Pet messes such as fecal matter/urine
- Clean inside your cabinets, drawers, china/curio cabinets, medicine cabinets, pantry, or closets (other than the floor) because those are your personal things
- Laundry duty such as folding clothes or putting clothes in the washer/dryer
- Any type of grout cleaning
- Wash excessive amount of dishes in the sink
- Organized anything such as drawers, personal displays with expensive/personal collectables, bookcases, personal spaces such as desk with personal stuff on it or a bunch of clutter & a nightstand with clutter. We will only clean around it unless you put them away for us to clean that surface before we start the service.
