Frequently Asked Questions

We use the standard cleaning products for regular/daily house cleaning that are safe for your home/furniture.

We use two type of vacuums… one for cleaning homes without pets & one ONLY for homes with pets.

We provide our own cleaning supplies. Please let us know If you want us to use your own cleaning supplies. However, the charges will still be the same. We prefer to use our own vacuum just because we are use to navigating with it. If you prefer us to use your own, please let us know.

Our cleaners clean during the hours of 7am – 5pm. Usually in most cases, we arrive at the start time we provided & if something comes up we will let you know right away.

If possible please pick up toys, loose clothes, or anything small on the floor/desk to make our cleaners clean more efficiently in your home rather than spending time picking up stuff that reduces our cleaning time to clean your home.

We do advice that you put your personal belongings away inside the drawers such as things on top of nightstands etc… so we can clean that area more efficiently.

If you have pets, please make sure they are in a designated area where he/she is safe & secure where it won’t interfere with our cleaners to clean your home more efficiently & for their safety.

Yes, as long as you set an appointment for us to book you in! We would love to clean for you!

Here in Cleaned LLC, we are honest. If we find personal things such as jewelry/money in your home while cleaning, we leave it out for you in the kitchen counter & leave a note where we found it.

If we damage/break something we will let you know. Cleaned LLC is insured, If anything goes wrong our insurance company will get the item fix or pay for it. If this happens we do apologized. But we will make sure it doesn’t.

If you do have valuables that you don’t want our cleaners to touch at all. Please put them inside a drawer or closet. Here in Cleaned LLC, we do not open drawers or inside closets unless we are instructed to do so…. or simply just let us know before we start cleaning what are the “off limits.

No worries! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee where if you are not satisfied at all after we come back to fix the problem. We will refund you 100% on your original form of payment.

No problem, usually the cleaners already has the key & the alarm code for the home they are cleaning before we start on the first time we made the agreement service. We also send out reminders the night before so you don’t forget.

But in rare circumstances, if the cleaners cannot enter your house after contacting you. We don’t charge a lock out fee, however the second time we do in the amount of $25.

No problem! We know life gets busy & things happen. We kindly ask to please notify us 48 hrs in advance so we can change our cleaners schedule & arrange for a different time & date for your home cleaning.
No, you can cancel the agreement anytime you like with no fees by calling or emailing us. But we would love to keep you as a customer. So if there is anything we can do please let us know.

Payments

All the payments transactions we collect will be under our business profile. We prefer VENMO payments. But we also accept the following for your convenience Cash App for business. Paypal for business, or checks. 

We are in the process of accepting credit cards for all major carriers. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, we are not accepting credit cards payments at this time.

Usually, a payment will be left out in the counter for them to pick up after they are done cleaning or the homeowners pay them after the job is done via the acceptable payment forms. 

Office Cleaning

We clean in the hours of 7am – 5pm. We do not clean an occupied office. We only clean after hours if arrangements were made.

Yes, we will make sure your office and breakroom is always in clean and ready for the next day!
